We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and food production.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Help with menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for dishes.
* Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and operated safely.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
