Salary & Package:
* Basic Salary: £31,500
* OTE: £35,000 – £37,000 with commission
* Company car / car allowance (£400 per month)
About the Role:
* Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
* Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
* Deliver an excellent service to clients and candidates through proactive communication and aftercare
* Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
* Identify and win new business opportunities through sales calls, face‑to‑face meetings, and networking
* Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support and development opportunities

Branch Bonuses

Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
