Hours: 37hrs Full Time
Your workstyle will be a mobile hybrid worker in this role which gives you the flexibility to work from home and from a variety of Council workplaces.
We are currently seeking a driven individual to join our team as a Business Support & Technical Team Leader. The successful candidate will lead the business support function to Planning, Planning Policy, Environmental Health, Trading Standards and Building Control.
As a Business Support and Technical Team Leader, you will create and manage the delivery of a flexible and responsive management support service to Development Management, Appeals and Enforcement, Building Control, and Environmental Health and Trading Standards.
Organise and supervise administrative systems within the business unit. Contribute to the planning, development and monitoring of support services and/or Management of support staff, including coordination and delegation of relevant activities. To develop the service area.
Your daily routine will be taking a leading role in the Business Support Unit, managing financial administration procedures for service areas and resolving administrative issues.
