We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Team Members to join our dynamic hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. This position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills within the hospitality industry.
Duties
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner
* Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including tables and counters
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
* Replenish supplies and stock as needed throughout shifts
* Support baristas with drink preparation when required
* Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
* Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
* Handle customer enquiries politely and resolve any issues promptly
Skills
* Experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is desirable
* Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
* Previous restaurant experience or barista experience is a plus
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and service
* Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability
* Basic food preparation skills are advantageous but not mandatory
