As a Store Manager, you'll lead, develop, and inspire a team to deliver consistently high standards of service. You'll set the tone for the store—building a positive, inclusive environment, supporting your team to do their best work, and ensuring customers receive expert advice and the right products for their needs.

What you'll be doing
* Develop your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed store targets
* Oversee daily store operations including deliveries, cash handling and compliance checks
* Maintain high visual standards to create an inspiring and easy-to-navigate customer journey
* Monitor your store's performance and take smart, timely actions to drive results
* Recruit, train and develop team members to set them up for success
* Collaborate with senior leaders and other teams to help shape the store's growth
