Job Description
As the Technical Content team is still in its early stages (just over a year old), this role offers the opportunity to shape how we support the Product team within Research & Development, contributing directly to how complex ideas are communicated internally and externally.
What will I be doing
* Developing, maintaining, and debugging our suite of Go‑To‑Market product demos used worldwide across the business
* Collaborating with Product and R&D to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling demonstrations
* Organising and facilitating the production of multimedia enablement materials — including storyboards, scripts, and voiceovers
* Partnering with Enablement, Education, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, high‑quality content aligned to shared organisational goals
* Contributing to onboarding frameworks and technical learning materials that support R&D and other technical teams
* Continuously improving demo architecture and content workflows to ensure they remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with evolving business priorities

What experience do I need
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Experience in software engineering or a related technical field
* Experience with version control tools (e.g., GitHub or GitLab)
* A foundational understanding of Javascript and CI/CD pipelines
* Interest in content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
* A genuine interest in cybersecurity and AI
