Client Care Advisor - Richmond

1. Your focus is to provide exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team.
2. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team will be critical to your success.
3. Ensure client satisfaction during visits by offering support, guidance, and expertise, managing payments, and future bookings confidently.
4. Greet each client and their pets warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
5. Coordinate the smooth running of daily routines using our online booking system, so computer literacy is essential.
6. Stay fully informed about the practice services and additional offerings to provide accurate guidance.
7. Maintain a calm, attentive demeanor, always focusing on clients' needs.
8. Bring enthusiasm and passion for service and pets to your role.
9. Handle various situations, from comforting clients with bad news to sharing in the joy of new puppies' visits.
10. Create a friendly atmosphere in the practice through your personality and teamwork.
