The Managing Director will be the senior operational and commercial leader of this exciting scale up streetwear brand, with ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business and the execution of its growth strategy. This role is designed for a proven fashion retail operator who has scaled a brand from early stage through to £20m+ revenue, and who understands the realities, trade-offs, and pressure points that come with ambitious growth plans.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Managing Director will act as their closest partner across all commercial, operational, and organisational matters, while confidently representing the business at board level. The MD will translate vision into execution, build the operating rhythm of the company, and ensure the brand scales in a controlled, profitable, and culturally authentic way. This is a hands-on leadership role: strategic in outlook, but deeply embedded in the operational and commercial engine of the business.
