Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Billericay for a Nursery Practitioner Level 3 at Carousel Day Nursery & Pre-school Ltd. The role involves providing high-quality care and engaging early years education, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of children. You will work alongside a team of passionate professionals to foster development in a safe and stimulating environment, maintaining compliance with childcare standards and policies. Building positive rapport with children, parents, and colleagues will be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
Experience in planning and delivering age-appropriate educational activities and supporting child development
Strong communication skills for working with children, parents, and colleagues
Understanding of safeguarding policies, health and safety, and childcare regulations
Passion for early years education, creativity, and positive engagement with children
Organisational skills for maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
First Aid Certification and experience in a similar role are desirable, but not necessary.
