Job Description
We are working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across Lancaster and the surrounding areas, who are looking for Supply Teachers to support with day-to-day cover, short-term roles, and long-term placements.The RoleAs a Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 where applicable)
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Provide feedback to departments on student progress and engagement
We are looking for teachers who:
* Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Have experience teaching in UK secondary schools
* Are confident covering a range of subjects (or specialising in one)
* Can quickly build rapport with students and staff
* Are reliable, adaptable, and professional

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
