We're looking for a motivated Administrator to join our dedicated PCN Team. This is a varied, customer-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting customers, managing enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone regarding Parking Charge Notices
* Handle incoming appeals with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Process tickets and manage associated administrative tasks efficiently
* Maintain accurate data records in line with company policies and legal requirements
* Ensure all work is completed to a consistently high standard
* Identify potential issues early and respond appropriately to resolve them
Who you are
* You have a professional telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* You are fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear, articulate written work
* You demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
* You are highly organised with excellent time-management skills and can multitask effectively
* You are confident using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* You are detail-focused and committed to accuracy and quality in your work
* You are a strong team player who can also work independently when required
* You remain calm under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* You are proactive, able to anticipate issues, and take ownership of resolving them
* You are genuinely customer-focused and communicate confidently and positively with both internal and external contacts.

Salary: £25,396.80 per annum
Hours: 40 per week with 1 hour for lunch. Office hours are 9am - 5pm.
Location: Slough
Office details: Free onsite parking. Smart casual dress code Monday - Thursday, dress down on Friday.
