Our client, a distinguished player in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a diligent and dedicated Project Security Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing Project Security risk analysis
* Ensuring વિશે project security deliverables and processes meet customer requirements
* Developing and implementing robust Product Security Policies
* Estimating manpower for bid processes
* Chairing internal and external project Security Reviews and Working Groups
* Providing additional assistance to the Supportability Function as necessary
* Collaborating with project teams across engineering, product development, and quality assurance
Job Requirements:
* Experience in Project Security planning and implementation (e.g., NIST 800 series)
* Experience in delivering project documentation using SbD principles
* Experience in Security/Information Assurance (e.g., CESG Good Practice Guides)
* Experience in Security risk assessment (e.g., NCSC methodology)
* Commitment to quality, performance, and cost-efficiency
* Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
* Ability to work autonomously while maintaining professional integrity
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite
* Excellent literacy and communication skills
* Ability to attain SC UK security clearance
Desirable Skills:
* Risk Management
* DevSecOps
* Electromagnetic Compatibility
* TEMPEST
* Familiarity with Defence Security Standards (e.g., Def Stan 05-138, JSP440)
* Previous experience in Defence Security or related sectors
