Import export supervisor

We are currently recruiting on behalfof our client for an exciting opportunity for an Air Imports Export Supervisor to join a dynamic Air Freight team . This is a fantastic role where you will play a key part in driving operational excellence and delivering a first-class service to global customers.

As the Air Imports Supervisor within the International Freight Forwarding Operations (IFFO) customs team, you will lead, develop, and support a high-performing team, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining service quality across a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment.

• Lead, coach, and supervise the IFFO customs team to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
• Manage daily workloads and delegate tasks effectively to meet deadlines and service levels
• Oversee customs formalities for all air freight import and export shipments
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks
