Responsibilities
You will deliver vital care and support to those in need. You will be eager to learn and willing to get stuck in. All relevant training and support will often be provided by the employer to support your development.
Requirements
You do not need specific experience or qualifications to start your career in care. If you are caring, compassionate and willing to get stuck in, we will have a role for you. Once started, most employers offer the opportunity to study towards social care qualifications such as Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Work can take place in a variety of settings, including residential care facilities (Care Homes), respite care (Day Care Centres), care in people's own homes, and out in the community. Whether you prefer to be out and about or in one place, we have something for you. We operate 24/7 and can consider availability for a variety of hours and times.
