This role
We are recruiting for an experienced multi-skilled Plasterer who will ideally have experience of working within a social housing or local authority environment. You will undertake plastering and other trade repairs and maintenance work, to provide high quality, right first time, cost effective building services to the business and its customers.
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have the ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency, NVQ2 qualification or equivalent and long term relevant trade experience. You must have a high level of skill in plaster boarding, skimming/bonding and external rendering and additionally you may have basic carpentry skills or any other trade.
It is preferable for you to also have Abrasive Wheel training, PASMA qualification and the ability to read construction drawings.
