Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Remote/flexible with occasional travel to client or team meetings (UK-based)
Hours: Part-time, flexible (negotiable), ideally spread across 4 to 5 days per week
Contract: 12 months, maternity cover
Salary: £45k - £50k FTE (pro-rata, based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Lead on PPC and SEO campaigns, ensuring strategies drive measurable client growth.
* Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and paid social channels.
* Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, on-page optimisation, and link-building.
* Oversee project delivery, managing timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client targets.
* Monitor and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Data Studio, providing clear insights and recommendations.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner in their digital growth.
* Contribute to new business proposals with strategies, forecasts, and insights.
* Be hands-on, rolling up your sleeves to deliver work directly where needed in a growing agency environment.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in PPC and SEO.
* Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and advanced SEO (technical audits, on-page, and off-page).
* Proven project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and people, delivering results on time and to target (a formal qualification is not required).
* Experience working directly with clients and confidence managing client relationships.
* Strong communication skills, able to explain complex ideas clearly and build trust.
* Proficiency with Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
* Skilled in using leading PPC and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* A hands-on approach with the ability and enjoyment of getting involved in delivery as well as strategy.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Experience working in a digital agency environment.
* Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
