Roaming MET Technician;
Location: Tunbridge Wells (TN2 3BQ), Kings Langley (WD4 8GW) & Hampton (TW12 2HR)
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time, 45 hours per week
We're looking for a Roaming MET Technician to join our team, and play a key role in maintaining strong operational performance across multiple locations: Tunbridge Wells, Hampton & Kings Langley.

About the role
Dismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications and to the high standards expected by our customers.
Key responsibilities
* Remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components as required for body and paint repairs.
* Strip vehicles to enable accurate damage assessment and repair.
* On repair/replacement of the components, they must be refitted, restoring the vehicle to pre-accident condition.
* Deliver the highest standard of quality.
* Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair times.
* Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles.
* Accurately report all components, materials, and consumables used.
* Safeguard the customers' vehicle and contents whilst being repaired.
* Ensure that all work carried out meets acceptable safety and quality standards.
* Occasional travel to other AAR sites when needed.
Skills and experience
•ATA / NVQ level 3 in MET
•Good Communication skills.
•Good Decision Making/Problem solving skills.
•Good H&S knowledge/awareness.
•Good Time management skills
•Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.
