As a Spa Therapist you are required to provide a professional, friendly service to our guests through the treatments you provide. We offer a full range of treatments that can be viewed via our website. What will I be doing? As a Spa Therapist at The Mole, as well as providing a top treatment service you will assist visitors to the Spa with direction and understanding of the facilities. You will also be responsible for keeping the area in a clean and tidy condition for client’s comfort, as well as work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: · Delivery of a variety of treatments in a professional manner · Manage a reservation diary · Keep treatment rooms in a clean and tidy condition. · Payment handling and financial control · Support the rest of the Leisure team when required. · Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the correct dept · Communicating to guests in a professional friendly manner · Complying with current health and safety legislation · Liaising with other departments promoting teamwork · Carry out administrative tasks What are we looking for? To successfully fill this role as a Spa Therapist at The Mole, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: ● A good working knowledge of the treatments available. ● Good communication skills ● Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service through the treatments you deliver. ● A neat and tidy appearance and adherence to uniform requirements. ● Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations ● Ability to work on your own or in a team You will need to be qualified to deliver some treatments, the range of treatmets avilbale will be discussed at interview stage.
