We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Administrator to join our Compliance Assurance Team. The role involves working collaboratively across various service areas, supporting and challenging service providers to ensure high-quality services are delivered consistently.
The role
The Compliance Administrator will be part of the Compliance Assurance Team, responsible for obtaining and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements related to properties used for our residents.
Daily tasks include liaising with managing agents, requesting and following up on compliance documentation related to properties, verifying this documentation, and approving properties for use. This role is crucial to our property onboarding process, ensuring all properties comply with health and safety legislation.
You will work as a team player, collaborating with colleagues across the organization to meet compliance requirements, follow escalation procedures, and adhere to our Provider Performance Management Framework (PPMF).
You will handle enquiries from providers via telephone and email and assist team members and providers with property and document-related queries.
About you
You will have:
* Experience working with external stakeholders and building relationships
* Experience managing multiple contracts with service providers to deliver positive outcomes
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to deliver excellent customer service
* Good numeracy and IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Office
