Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leading the management of diverse projects including brand campaigns, photoshoots, film production, retail design, and digital experiences
* Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and leading project meetings
* Contributing to the planning and scoping of projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
* Collaborating closely with creative teams to ensure work is aligned with client expectations and strategic goals
* Identifying potential challenges early and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track
* Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and supporting the wider project management function
Required Skills and Experience:
* Extensive experience managing creative projects within a busy creative agency setting
* A proven track record of successfully delivering campaigns for major brands
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and manage client relationships effectively
* Excellent project management capabilities, including time and resource planning
* A strategic mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
* A full, clean UK driver’s licence
* A positive and proactive attitude, with a collaborative approach to team working
* Familiarity with project management tools and studio workflows
* Working knowledge of software such as InDesign or PowerPoint is advantageous but not essential
