Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Lead HR Consultant

Working Model: Ad-hoc travel to site

Rate: £500 - £550 a day outside IR35
We are working with an end-user in the retail sector undergoing a significant digital transformation. They are seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 HR Consultant with ERP specialization to play a key role in implementing the HR modules of Dynamics 365.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics HR, including people management, talent management modules, and HRM.
2. Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into D365 configurations.
3. Configure, test, and deploy HR modules.
4. Collaborate with the C-Suite to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
5. Continuously assess system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills & requirements
* Proven experience implementing and supporting D365 implementations (minimum of 5 years).
* Hands-on configuration experience in Dynamics 365 HR modules, including people management, task management, and business process management.
* Strong communication skills and experience working with key decision-makers.
* Experience working on implementations with end-users.
* Strong ERP background.
