We’re looking for a Level 3 Qualified Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to work in school settings across Gainsborough, supporting pupils who require structured, consistent, and skilled assistance to reach their learning goals.
Key Responsibilities of the L3 Qualified SEN TA:
* Provide focused support to pupils with education, health and care plans
* Deliver planned activities and interventions under the guidance of teaching staff
* Support pupils with both academic tasks and personal development
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment
What You’ll Bring:
* A relevant Level 3 qualification in education, childcare, or supporting teaching and learning
* Hands-on experience working with children or young people with additional needs
* A confident, organised, and professional approach to your work
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
