You’ll become an integral part of a strong Maintenance Department with plenty of opportunity to grow. The Role You’ll be working across a variety of commercial premises including schools, housing, and offices throughout Hampshire (plus occasional travel to Gillingham & Berkshire). Your day-to-day will include: ✔️ PPM servicing & reactive maintenance call-outs ✔️ Ensuring buildings are safe, compliant & fully operational ✔️ Handling anything from minor repairs to full system installations No two days will be the same! Skills & Knowledge Needed * Strong commercial experience (domestic work = bonus) * Plumbing knowledge & unvented certifications (training provided if needed) * Understanding of building materials, safety standards & regulations * Great customer service & communication skills * Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload What’s on Offer?
