Key Responsibilities
* Oversee office management and facilities to maintain an efficient, well-resourced working environment
* Support people and culture initiatives, including staff onboarding and ongoing employee support
* Draft and manage contracts and liaise with external providers as required.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in office management roles.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience managing staff onboarding and supporting HR processes
* Proactive problem solver, hands on, and adaptable
