Your Role as an SME Sales Consultant:
* Converting sales anddriving revenue growth
* Selling to new SME clients viaphone and face-to-face meetings
* Managing pipelines, contracts, and client onboarding
* Assisting Consultus International Business Development Team with up-sells
* Promotingnew product launchesto the customer base
* Helping with marketing andbrand exposurein the SME market
* Understanding competitor offerings and industry trends
* AttendingSME expos and eventsto attract new customers
* Deliveringexceptional customer servicewith every interaction
* Using and maintaining ourCRM, Quotation, and Contracting Platform
Who We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1.5 years’ experiencein outbound B2B new business sales (ideally energy)
* Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and performance
