The Role: Reporting to the Production Shift Manager, this role is based in a busy production and manufacturing environment responsible for the manufacturing of products Main duties and responsibilities: Work with Site Operations Management and Production Shift Manager to ensure shared responsibility for delivering all Key Production Indicators and targets Manually operate machinery in line with SOP and Health and Safety requirements Adhere to all Operating Procedures when operating machinery or FLT’s Adhere to Quality requirements Daily hygiene tasks Take Health, Safety and Environmental ownership of yourself, others & activities within your areas of responsibility and raising all HSE concerns you become aware of, outside your areas of responsibility, with relevant managers.
