We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join a vibrant kitchen team on the Isle of Wight for an exciting seasonal opportunity. Key Responsibilities:
As a Pastry Chef, you will:
Assist in producing high-quality pastry, desserts, and breads
Deliver consistent dishes while learning from senior team members
Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
Manage stock levels and follow recipes accurately
Support and guide junior members of the team
What we're looking for:
To succeed in this Pastry Chef role, you'll need:
Previous experience as a pastry-focused Chef in a high-volume kitchen
Confidence working with fresh produce to a high standard
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
