Meraki Talent are working with a Financial Services firm, based in Edinburgh, who are looking to appoint a number of customer service executives for 12month fixed term appointments.
This is a fast paced, energetic team, which requires focused and determined customer services professionals who are able to deliver a first class customer experience.
As part of this role you will be handling high volumes of calls from existing customer relating to their pension accounts. It is essential you are able to build customer rapport, be empathetic to ensure a smooth customer journey.
As well as liaising with customers, you will be responsible for liaising and building relationships with a number of advisors, and providing account updates, and providing requested information.
It is essential you have first class communication skills, both verbally and written to deal with telephony and email queries from customers.
Applicants must have come from a customer service background, ideally within Financial Services, however other disciplines will be considered.
