Type of person
Creatively minded and organised, with a thirst to develop your marketing career. With opinions and interests in digital marketing. You'll have a "can-do" attitude, eager to contribute and quick to learn. Ideally, you'll bring knowledge of different digital marketing platforms, GA, Adwords, social media marketing, email and content marketing or CRM.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Using an array of marketing tools in a rapidly changing environment, your workload will incorporate:
Copywriting
* Online content structured and articulated in a way that is SEO friendly and easy to read.
* Offline content for promotional and informational purposes.
* You should be able to write fluid and engaging content that leads people to read on and engage with the brand.
Email Marketing
* Building unique content that drives opens and clicks
* Creating email communications for a range of purposes:
* Driving quotes & transactions
* Promotions and offers
* News, advice and customer service
* Setting up, sending and reporting on emails
Social Media
* Populating and monitoring social media profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
* Using an understanding of the merits of each platform to deliver appropriate content that generates brand loyalty, interaction and drives clicks.
Account Management
* Working with partners across a range of industries to deliver campaigns, assets and traffic.
* Finding potential new partners, onboarding and launching new affiliates with content & imagery
Other Useful Skills

Responsibilities Day-to-day
Social Media
* Creation and sharing of content that is positive, inspiring, and entertaining. Driving interaction in the form of likes, shares, comments and clicks
* Promotion of website content & products
* Creation of posts in stories formats
* B2B optimised Linkedin Posts
* Sharing useful news with brand angle & messages
* Monitoring and responding to messages and comments
Reputation management
* Responding to and sharing positive feedback
* Using keywords as well as keeping responses unique & interesting
* Handling negative feedback, establishing facts and escalating to management where necessary
Reporting
* Updating Lead Analysis table with results vs projections
* Email campaign results
* Conversion rate on website quote journeys
* Analysing website performance to highlight areas for improvement
Internal
* Keeping staff informed on new products, offers & developments
Weekly

* Obtaining & uploading correct data for correct manually sent emails
* Planning & development of new emails
* Sending Warranty Assist dealers latest communications, news & advice

* Liaise with our PR agency to provide stats on latest & future campaigns
