Responsibilities
1. Assist with cost control and budget management across residential developments
2. Support the preparation of valuations, cost reports and financial forecasts
3. Assist with procurement of subcontractors, materials and services
4. Support the management of subcontractor accounts and payment applications
5. Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects remain commercially efficient
6. Assist with the preparation of final accounts and commercial documentation
7. Provide general support to senior members of the commercial team
Requirements
8. Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
9. Strong numerical and analytical skills
10. Good organisational and communication abilities
11. Ability to work effectively within a commercial team
12. A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
13. Full UK driving licence due to site visits
