Our client due to continued success and expansion is looking for an experienced Real Estate Broker to join their Dubai office as a Sales Manager to lead their secondary market team.
Ideally, they are looking for someone who has management experience within the Real Estate industry and has a good understanding of the secondary real estate market.
The successful individual MUST have a minimum of 2 years previous experience within the Dubai Real Estate market.
Working Hours:
1. Full time
The successful Sales Manager will be offered:
2. 10,000 -15,000 AED basic (per month)
3. 37,500 AED - 47,500 AED OTE (per month)
4. Working visa
5. Medical insurance
Sales Manager requirements:
6. Previous Sales Manager experience in Real Estate in Dubai
7. Good knowledge of secondary market
8. Experience in managing, coaching and developing a team
9. Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities for the role of a Property Management Manager:
12. Managing and developing the broker team
13. Recruiting new brokers into the team to meet the company growth plans
14. Taking team meetings
15. Setting the brokers KPI’s and ensuring the team meets them
16. Coaching and training
