Working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 1:30 pm

Cityserve is the Birmingham City Council multi-award-winning catering service for school meals, providing fresh and nutritious food for school kitchens across the UK. The Role
As a General Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals for pupils
2. Assist with all aspects of the service
3. Help keep the kitchen clean and tidy, including washing up, sweeping, and mopping
4. Assist with setting up the dining room and arranging furniture
5. Attend training sessions, both classroom-based and online
6. Be aware of pupils' dietary and allergen requirements
You will work collaboratively with managers and supervisors to ensure the first-class delivery of food in school kitchens, both during and outside of performance times.
