The Delivery Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of Entain Studios' in-house games across multiple regulated markets, ensuring every game meets the standards required for seamless release, certification, and ongoing compliance. This role acts as the central coordination point across Operations, Studios, Compliance, RNG Product, and external partners, driving delivery roadmaps, managing submissions and documentation, and elevating efficiency across all regulatory and release processes. With ownership of complex, multi-market workflows and responsibility for mentoring Delivery Executives, the Delivery Manager ensures the Delivery Stream operates smoothly, predictably, and at a high quality.
Job Description
* Act as the primary delivery lead for the Entain Studios Delivery stream, ensuring high-quality execution within the Operations team.
* Oversee and manage all documentation, deployments, and submissions required for successful game delivery across UK, European, LATAM, US, and additional regulated markets.
* Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap, working closely with Entain Studios, In-House Operations, Compliance, Governance teams, and RNG Product teams to ensure milestones are met and dependencies are managed.
* Lead cross-team task coordination, track progress, identify and flag risks, and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
* Take full ownership of US submissions and related certification processes, ensuring readiness and compliance for all releases.
* Support delivery activity for UK, European, and LATAM roadmaps, ensuring documentation, builds, and approvals meet regulatory and internal standards.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to provide updates, gather feedback, resolve issues, and maintain visibility on submission and regulatory activities.
* Prepare, coordinate, and submit artefacts for internal and external audits, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness as required.
* Develop, refine, and implement delivery processes and regulatory workflows to increase efficiency, repeatability, and throughput across the stream.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on submission, testing, certification, and regulator data; identify trends and provide insights to drive KPI improvements.
* Maintain and continuously improve documentation standards, procedural manuals, templates, and reporting frameworks.
* Support, coach, and mentor Delivery Executives, embedding best practices and ensuring consistent and high-quality operational delivery across the team.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, operational enhancements, and efficiency gains across the delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
Essential:

* Experience of communicating with multi-level stake holders
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of creating progress updates for multi-level stake holders
Desired:
* Experience of game delivery processes and procedures within the gambling industry
* Previous experience working with RNG casino products
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience of Jira and Confluence systems, and processes
* Knowledge of gaming regulations for US markets
