Job title: Bar and Restaurant Manager, Hotel Du Vin

Rate of Pay: £35k including Tronc, Generous Company Benefits and Training
About The Role
As a full time Bar and Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation. You will be a hands on operator coaching and supporting your team to deliver to the highest standards whilst ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit. You will be experienced in running a branded restaurant operation and looking for a step into a hotel career or already working within a hotel in a Restaurant or Bar Manager position and looking for more responsibility.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside our detailed brand training to help you develop guest experiences.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation; coach and support the team to deliver high standards while meeting budgeted targets and KPIs.
* Coach, develop and lead a branded restaurant operation within a hotel setting; take on responsibility for shifts and daily operations.
