Leveraging deep technical expertise, they ensure all cloud and network services operate efficiently, securely, and reliably to meet business requirements. With a collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving approach, the Cloud and Network Administrator quickly identifies and resolves issues across cloud and network environments. They work closely with stakeholders and technical teams, maintaining clear communication throughout incident resolution and ensuring that all lessons learned are captured and applied. This role requires maintaining accurate and accessible technical documentation, including procedures, configurations, and operational processes. Documentation must balance technical depth with clarity to support internal teams and ensure compliance with industry standard You will be part of a small IT Operations team consisting of two Service Desk Analysts, a Service Desk Team Lead, and this Cloud and Network Administrator role. Together, the team supports a growing workforce of 185 team members, both remote and on-site. Key Responsibilities Responsible for: Administration and support Microsoft Entra, including identity governance, conditional access policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and secure authentication. Management & administration of MS365 admin suite, Intune policy's, Exchange, SharePoint & purview. Administration and support of tools such as Daktela, Manage Engine Products EPC & SDP, Sophos and Mimecast. Implement and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, DNS and DHCP. Utilize Azure management tools such as PowerShell / batch scripting. Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security across both cloud and network layers. Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud services and network connectivity. Maintain detailed technical documentation and support procedures. Support of Office infrastructure & device implementation. (Network devices/Printers/Audio/Video) Our Ideal Candidate Strong Microsoft 365 & Entra Admin Skills – Including Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, RBAC, and conditional access. Azure & PowerShell Expertise – Confident with scripting and cloud resource management. Network Infrastructure Knowledge – Firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and office devices (printers, A/V). Cybersecurity Awareness – Applies data protection regulations and best security practices. Troubleshooting Ability – Skilled in resolving complex cloud and network issues. Experience with Key Tools – Familiar with Sophos, Mimecast, ManageEngine, and Daktela. Strong Documentation Skills – Maintains clear, accurate technical and procedural records. Collaborative & Communicative – Works well with others. Proactive Problem-Solver – Takes initiative to prevent and resolve issues efficiently.
