As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service on the tills and the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
