Do you enjoy working in a dynamic school environment where no two days are the same? We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Bradford, supporting pupils aged 3–11.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping young learners thrive both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support pupils’ learning and development in class and on a one-to-one basis
2. Assist teachers with classroom activities and pupil engagement
3. Help implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
4. Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or behavioural challenges
5. Work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to create a nurturing learning environment
6. Assist in keeping accurate pupil progress records
We’re Looking For Candidates Who Are:
7. Positive, patient, and proactive
8. Experienced in working with children in a school or childcare setting
9. Flexible and able to adapt to different classroom environments
10. Supportive of pupils with additional needs such as: Autism (ASD) Dyslexia ADHD Physical or learning disabilities Emotional and behavioural difficulties
Desired Qualifications/Experience (not essential):
11. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning
12. CACHE Level 3 in Childcare & Education
13. BTEC National in Children’s Care, Learning & Development
14. HLTA status
15. Relevant experience as a Teaching or Learning Support Assistant
Candidates without formal qualifications but with strong classroom or SEN experience are encouraged to apply.
