Our Health in Justice service line is now expanding into non-Custodial healthcare, a person-centred approach delivered via a solid and consolidated infrastructure aimed to assess individuals’ mental health and neurodiversity requirements, to redirect them to the most appropriate channel. We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Time and Recovery Navigator to join our Reconnect team in South Yorkshire.
As a Support Time and Recovery Navigator, you will be involved in the daily support of people across the Liaison and Diversion Service to encourage engagement and help them navigate through the Criminal Justice System. The role is to support access to the full scope of identified health needs, including substance misuse (alcohol and drugs), mental and physical health, homelessness, learning disabilities, exploitation, safeguarding and social care issues.
Location
This role will be based in the Doncaster area with some requirements to travel within South Yorkshire. A driving licence is required.
Hours
Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm
Salary
This position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and you will receive a salary of £28,247 to £32,346 depending on experience
