About The Role


Goods Inwards Administrator

As a Goods Inwards Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming goods. You will have to respond to internal and external queries via email/phone, liaising with suppliers, couriers, and warehouse management teams. You will also be accountable for the safe operations, maintaining high standards of health and safety, all scheduling and administration.

Permanent Contract – Full time role, up to 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week. 06:00 to 14:00 (shift start and finish times may vary).

£12.37 Per Hour plus benefits including:

About You


If successful, you will become part of the largest distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, working in a fast paced team environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service through quality products. Progression is readily available across the AAH network. Natural progression from this role would be into a Stock Control Team Leader position or you could look at moving into other areas of the warehouse operation such as transport, systems or office functions

Basic qualifications & Skills required:

* attention to detail and able to use basic maths and literacy skills,
* must be able to understand and adhere to all safety requirements,
* must be able to work in a fast-paced environment,
* strong verbal and written skills for effective communication,
* ability to work efficiently with a high level of attention to detail,
* ability to schedule and prioritise workload, having good numeracy and literacy skills ensuring accuracy, effective team player,
* experience with spreadsheets, databases, Microsoft Office pack, and relevant warehouse management software.
