As the Area Sales Manager for Viscofan, you will be crucial to the company's growth by creating, managing, and expanding relationships. Ideally, you will have experience selling solutions into the food production sector or some familiarity with the food industry.

Known for high-quality products and excellent customer service, they supply major food businesses across the UK. You will have the flexibility to plan and manage your workday independently, building high-level relationships with key customers to cross-sell, upsell, and increase turnover and commitment.
What You Will Do:
This is a home-based role requiring regular national customer visits. You will support the Head of Sales in developing new product streams and acquiring new clients. We seek an ambitious, commercially savvy self-starter eager to learn and grow.
* Develop growth strategies and plans
* Manage and retain existing client relationships
* Negotiate with stakeholders
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Deepen knowledge of products and value propositions
* Draft and review contracts
* Maintain strong internal relationships, including with overseas offices
What You Will Need:
• Proven experience selling into the food production sector
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in designing and implementing business development strategies
• Self-motivation and proactive attitude
• Track record of setting, working towards, and exceeding targets
