PERMANENT TRAINEE MACHINE OPERATOR MILTON KEYNES - Starting Salary: £26,500, rising to £27,848 after 3 months
What will you be doing?
Training period (first 3 months): learning to run production machinery, assisting with packing, and product labelling
After training: operating machinery to produce high-quality products in the production area
Taking responsibility for your workstation and ensuring Health & Safety standards are followed
What we are looking for
A degree in engineering or fed up of the warehouse environment (or similar) and want to learn something new within the manufacturing industry
An inquisitive mindset with the willingness to learn
Enthusiasm, reliability, and a team-focused approach
Own transport (due to shift patterns)
Commitment to the required shifts

This role offers a clear training path, a competitive starting salary, and the chance to develop within a supportive, long-established manufacturing environment. Within a 3 - 5 year period you have the opportunity to become a senior machine operator which would take you up to a current salary of £36,600. Thereafter there is the option to become a Production Manager
