Start: ASAPHours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-1:00pm (initially 2 months)Enhanced DBS required
About the Role: Our client, an independent all-boys prep school, is seeking a friendly and professional temporary Receptionist / Administrator to provide reception and general administrative support, including supervision of the school office. As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, the successful candidate will be welcoming, approachable, and professional.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the school office.
* Act as the first point of contact, filtering and directing enquiries appropriately.
* Take and relay messages to staff accurately.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school office.
Person Specification:
* Professional, personable, and approachable.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Previous experience in a school or office environment is desirable.
