Account Coordinator – UK

The primary duty of this position is to pro-actively support the Team Leaders and Account Managers providing intelligent service in the production and tracking of jobs and documents. The other key area of responsibility is organizing and coordinating office procedures, operations, and resources to create organizational efficiency. It is expected that the person in this role will be flexible, growing and evolving with the program, working with the Project Management team assisting others as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support multiple teams with Uploads, Postflights, Render Management, Plate remakes, writing revisions, tracker updates and Customer reports
* Manage file pick-ups, colour proofs deliveries, dies, ink draw downs, colour standards, press samples, etc.
* Ensure that print samples are correctly maintained
* Assist and liaise with account teams to prepare spec sheets and meeting documents
* Project tracking; maintain an awareness of work in the studio and state of progress in addition to ensuring quality provisions are followed
* Assist with reports
* Review and approving renders (compared to Spec Sheets and Copy Docs)
* Renaming and sorting final PDFs, loading onto server
* Coordinate file request activities, research and fulfillment
* Manages uploads to client’s DAM system

Education & Work Experience:
* Experience in customer service/office administration and project management
* Computer skills (Macintosh, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Filemaker)
* Recent College Graduate or an Associate’s degree from an accredited institution is a plus
* Strong understanding of the graphic & packaging industries is a plus
