We are looking for an experienced Power BI Adoption Lead with 8+ years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of Data Marketplace & BI Modernisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the Power BI adoption strategy across the enterprise.
Establish standards, best practices, and operating models for Power BI development and consumption.
Drive cultural shift towards self service analytics while maintaining governance and control.
Design and lead the creation of a certified, reusable semantic layer / data marketplace in Azure.
Partner with data engineering and modelling teams to deliver business-ready datasets aligned to analytics use cases.
Define dataset certification, endorsement, versioning, and lifecycle management.
Ensure models are optimized for performance, reusability, and scalability.
