The Ideal Candidate Will:
? Hold a degree (particularly in Maths, English, Sciences, Psychology, Education, Drama or Performing Arts, though all degree disciplines are welcome)
? Have some experience working with children or young people this could include youth work, mentoring, tutoring, childcare, or volunteering
? Be positive, friendly, confident, and unflappable under pressure
