Key Responsibilities Identify and engage businesses seeking flexible office solutions across UK regional markets Generate new business leads through outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, referrals) Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, operators, and local partners Assist with client requirements, briefings, property searches, and viewings coordination Develop strong knowledge of key regional cities (e.g., Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol) Foster relationships with workspace operators and landlords in regional areas Maintain CRM records, report on pipeline activity, and contribute to team KPIs Represent the business at industry events and networking functions throughout the UK Collaborate with senior colleagues to refine and execute the regional expansion strategy What We're Looking For 1–2 years' experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or commercial real estate Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and engaging approach Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of a growing market Willingness to travel regularly across the UK Interest in flexible workspace, commercial property, or the future of work is a strong plus Ambition to progress into a leadership role and help shape our regional team What We Offer A unique opportunity to
