Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing aspects of the corporate financial planning process, including contributing to the preparation of central corporate budget targets and the Company's Long-Range Plan. This involves in-depth analysis of strategic initiatives, market outlooks, and enterprise value drivers. The role includes preparing reports, presentations, and analysis for the Group CFO, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and other parties.
1. Manage established schedules and resolve technical or operational problems. Collaborate and deliver across geographical and cultural boundaries.
2. Contribute to establishing an efficient financial planning process. Provide information, project-to-plan tracking, and related data to senior management as needed.
3. Manage aspects of formulating central corporate budget targets. Work with regional and functional teams to understand business priorities and ensure alignment.
4. Prepare the Company's Long Range Plan and materials to support strategic reviews by the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
5. Perform ad hoc analyses on topics such as resource allocation, investment spending, and business segment profitability.
Required Skills and Experience

* Strong written communication skills.
* Proficiency with systems and applications such as Essbase, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Anaplan, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
* Ability to manage deadlines and produce high-quality outputs at the EC level.
* Team player attitude.
Experience: Approximately 5 years in financial planning and analysis, corporate planning and strategy, or related fields.
