Here at Stonewater, we are now looking for an Administrator someone to provide support to allow the successful delivery of the retrofit programme.
Youll support meetings by coordinating diaries, producing agendas, minutes and tracking actions, create and amend work orders where necessary and manage workload and tasks within agreed timescales to meet targets and service level agreements. Youll provide general support to the Environment and Sustainability team as required and deal with contractor queries relating to orders, payments and any Stonewater actions.
Managing enquiries from customers with the support of Retrofit Project Managers, youll triage more complex queries to enable a timely resolution and accurately process invoices and payments, ensuring they are coded to the correct cost account and liaise with Finance and other departments as necessary so payments are made within agreed contractual timescales.
Youll carry out reconciliation of all retrofit transactions ensuring they are categorised correctly and maintain live tracker of accruals for the finance team.
