Responsibilities
* Lead our team to ensure every aspect of the hotel operates smoothly, focusing on delivering a welcoming, safe and brilliant guest experience.
* Demonstrate strong leadership by guiding and inspiring staff, maintaining high standards of service and performance.
* Uphold health and safety standards and compliance across the hotel.
Qualifications
* Experience leading people in retail or other service roles, with a track record of delivering outstanding customer experience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills; ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Willingness to work in a management capacity within a Premier Inn environment.
