 
        
        What you’ll be doing
as a L&D Induction Coordinator
 1. Schedule and manage induction sessions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
 2. Maintain and update induction schedules, agendas, and supporting materials.
 3. Coordinate venue bookings, virtual meeting links, and technology requirements.
 4. Attend inductions in the capacity of a host to support the facilitators.
 5. Liaise with People, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to ensure all onboarding elements are aligned and delivered on time.
 6. Act as the primary point of contact for new starters regarding induction logistics.
 7. Prepare and distribute induction communications, welcome packs, and onboarding guides.
 8. Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and onboarding progress.
 9. Collect and analyse feedback from new starters and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
 10. Support the development of new tools and resources to enhance the induction experience.
 11. Generate reports on induction metrics and trends for leadership review.
Base Location: Reading – Hybrid
Working Hours: 36 Hours
What you should bring to the role
To thrive in this role, the essential criteria you’ll need is:
 12. Proven experience in coordination, administration, or HR/Learning support roles.
 13. Strong organisational and time management skills.
 14. Excellent written and verbal communication.
 15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 16. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Additional skills and experiences would be great to have/bring:
 17. Experience in onboarding or employee lifecycle processes.
 18. Familiarity with SABA.
 19. A proactive, detail-oriented, and service-focused mindset.
